Bank IFSC code missing from payment data

The bank IFSC code is the same for all of my investments using one bank account, yet the financial service provider has indicated that it is deleted . When I submitted the form the correct IFSC code was provided, does anyone know how it is getting deleted later?

You might be right it might have been a technical error or system glitches within the bank. you can find out from the financial institution
