Everyday, I see different laundry persons being in the middle of conflicts with their customers over failure to deliver the clothes on time.

Why do you think laundry businesses always fail with prompt delivery? What measures can help laundry businesses to always meet up with prompt delivery?

Deadlines not being on time is one of the problems we often encounter for laundry customers, so when choosing a laundry, don't promise a faster time, especially for thick fabrics such as bad covers, etc., because they require a longer drying time. Not being on time is also a sign that you have too many consumers so you need to add washing machines and maybe more employees.

It's indeed a factor why clients never come back to a business like that not prompt. The business owner must have a check board posted on the wall to write there when to deliver the washed clothes to the clients to avoid delay.

I agree with you, laundry business owners must make a schedule either using a board or in a book. Customers who enter first should have their clothes washed first, so there is no system of relatives or friends having to come first.

The laundry owner must not play favouritism. It doesn't mean that because you're friends with the customer then the owner delivers the washed clothes first to her friend. If it's known by the other customers, they will boycott that laundry services.
