How much is your expenses on rent?

For some of us, we pay rents yearly while others have to pay monthly. In my country, people pay their rents yearly. Considering how much the prices of everything has rocketed, just wanted to compare and contrast how much people spend on rents in different parts of the world among users of this community.

I spend about 140 dollars on rent yearly for a single room with bedroom and toilet. How much do you spend on rents either monthly or yearly?

My monthly expenses on rent is about $25 every month. And I am not living in a flat. Just a bed sitter kind of apartment.

it is about 250$ yearly as it is a little flat for myself alone but my family house is higher in amount

If we live alone, it is better to rent a boarding room, so we will pay monthly, of course the rental price depends on the facilities available. The cheapest boarding room rental is $60 per month.

I don't pay rent for last 3 years since I bought my apartment. One room small but it is my. Before that I paid aorund 100$ plus bills for two room apartment. Now it would be probably 150$.

That's the path that I think of walking. I need to get my own apartment in the next two years max to be able to save money on paying rents.

I live in my parental home so don't have to pay rents for house. Most of the tenants I see here pay monthly rent.
