In India it has become a trend among most managers to cheat employees especially where pay hikes and incentives are concerned so that they can put the company funds into their pockets. I think the company owners should keep track of this corrupt activity or else they will be losing productive employees.

Our government officials are dishonest so it's easy for the company heads to cheat.
