When we talk about people being financially stable before they get married, they think it is jargons. Whereas 50% of divorce cases are orchestrated by financial issues. That is to say money scatters marriages more than any other factors.

Would you delay marriage till you are financially stable to have a good chance of success in marriage?

It all ends with the decisions of the two persons in love. They may not be stable, but courageous, and they can find solutions in case they multiply. . lol. Others like to gamble and the result is trouble or file a divorce.

Whether we like it or not, financial matters play a key role in marriage. For some married couples, money problems become a reason for separation, or they seek support from others due to dissatisfaction with their finances within the marriage. Both should be financially stable before tying the knot, although it does not guarantee a smooth financial journey throughout the marriage.

It might not guarantee a good financial journey but if two people have a sound financial foundation, the journey to financial freedom becomes easier to achieve as a couple.

In my country, each island has a different percentage of divorce due to financial problems. For example, in Singkawang, West Kalimantan, the divorce rate due to financial issues is 40% and the highest is especially for couples under 30 years old.

This is also one of the reasons I am not married or in any serious relationship. I want to be financially stable first before I think of trying to take care of someone else.
