Our brain has an emotional section which is a very small part of the brain that has to be kept calm for the reason part of the brain work well. This part can be calmed through meditation. While meditation the delta waves, long slow sound waves moves through the brain and calms down the nerves of the brain that helps us to think reasonably. So mental health is as important as physical health.
 
We need to be mentally and physically healthy. If there is a part that has a problem, the entire part of our body will be affected like loneliness and anger.

That's true and it will only be calm if the owner of the self tries hard to eliminate the first cause and stimulate it with an inspiring effect the mind creates.
 
Indeed our mental health is extremely important, the problem is a lot of people are unaware of this hence they only focus on their physical health.

We have to get into the habit of sitting calming at a place and then start chanting and meditation.
