Who can best operate the business?

Most people would think that the college and university graduates are the right people to run successful business. The answer is big NO especially in my country where the illiterates are the ones leading on the operation of successful businesses here.

The important thing is that who ever operates the business is someone who has the needed skills to manage and run the business.

Agree with you on that. How could an illiterate manage a business when she or he cannot read and write. Once operate a business it's assured that you skills and right mindset.

Business skills is not a function of a degree. It is more based on experience. I would give my business to someone vested in managing a business before to manage.
