After having started an online business, I sighted many problems but the biggest problem that I always encounter is refusal to pay the order once reached to the door of the buyer. It is a heartache and waste of time and money. I am thankful that the products I am selling online are not perishable. I am selling printed T-shirts online and branded shoes.

The rider experienced four times refusal to pay. The reasons varies from lacking payment , buyer out of town, and buyer at work from 6 am to 7 pm so cannot be reacted.

How I like to stop my online business but my sister advices me not to give up.
 
I do not own an online business. One of the biggest problems I heard from friends who have online business is to source the right products which meet with customer needs. If the products of your online store is always out of stock, customers will buy from other stores.
 
It's better to always prepare the possible products or items the customers want to buy to avoid losing them. That may become one main problem of online business customer retention because of product availability.
 
Refusal to pay the order is not an easy problem, however, as long as the parcel is not opened,then it will be okay to move on. But it is not all the time orders like that not paid. I only experience once only.
 
That is my plan. I have to disallow COD after experiencing refusal to pay their orders. It's not good to tolerate the bad customers.
How on earth do you allow COD in your online business. If they can't pay in advance, let them forget it. Why accumiating unnecessary expenses in the name of doing business

For me the main problem I am experiencing is reaching my target audience and getting people to actually buy.
Yeah another is technical Challenges: Cybersecurity threats, website maintenance, and ensuring a user-friendly and mobile-friendly online experience

Only a very online companies are doing it. It's how people order and pay thru COD, however if the customer is blacklisted he or she can't avail of COD but pay thru GCash or credit card.
 
Online business is getting competitive so each one doing it must be innovativen. Sell only products what people need to avoid rejections. Customers this time are smart after experiencing bad order delivery.
