Unlike in physical shop where you can negotiate price with the salesperson face-to-face, I think it is difficult to negotiate price on online shop. They usually just provide online virtual assistant on the site. There is no one you can negotiate with.

No prices in online shops cannot be negotiated, especially if you are purchasing it directly from the shop.
Prices of products in social media marketplaces can be negotiated when you reach out to the buyer to complete the transactions.
Usually the prices in online stores are fixed. However, for high value items, the buyer may be able to contact the seller and negotiate prices in some cases.
