For a movie, it'll depend on your genre - what kind of movies do you like?
I'll prefer people go back in time.
The 1990 Classic, Pretty Woman will be a decent start. Then you work your way up from there.

When it comes to movies, I recommend "Schindler's List", and for books, I prefer "Atomic Habits" I am relatively new to reading, but I am enjoying it greatly. It has been helpful in improving my mental health.

I am not voracious reader but I can recommend books of Mitch Albom. Tuesdays with Morrie was a hit. Another from him is the Five People You Meet in Heaven.
