‘Smirking’ Parents Accused of Baby’s Horrifying Murder

According to the report, a 2-month-old Louisiana girl died from horrific abuse, with an autopsy revealing her lower spine had been severed, causing fatal internal bleeding, along with broken ribs, dehydration, and malnourishment.

Police say the baby had been in the exclusive care of her parents, Taylor Daniel Broussard and Kaylee Fontenot, who are now charged with first-degree murder, cruelty to a juvenile, and second-degree battery. Broussard later turned himself in after days on the run, while investigators say the case remains active and ongoing.

It’s heartbreaking. There are couples who pray day and night for the chance to hold a child of their own, yet they struggle. And then there are monsters like this, blessed with a precious baby girl only to destroy her. The injustice of it is unbearable. I can’t believe he killed his own child and then went on social media to express his grief and sorrow. They tortured that little girl to the point of severing her lower spine. How cruel and evil! May this monster parents rot in jail.

These parents do not deserve to live. Their two-month-old baby hasn't done wrong against them. The baby is so lovey, not deserving to be tortured brutally by their parents, especially the mom. They are heartless human beings.
