From the DAVIDSONVILLE, Md. report, it said that two teenagers were arrested after they allegedly robbed a former employer, tied him up, and lit his car on fire while he was trapped inside.

According to a press release from the Anne Arundel County Police Department, officers and firefighters responded to a business at around 9:25 p.m. on May 24 to respond to a car that was on fire. Upon extinguishing the fire, investigators discovered human remains in the vehicle that was tied up and had duct tape covering his mouth, per the release. The victim was later identified as the owner of the business next to the burning vehicle.

The report said that two suspects were connected to the crime after police found a Bass Pro Shop hat next to the burning car, prompting officers to review security cameras at a nearby Bass Pro Shop location, per the affidavit. They reportedly spotted two 18-year-olds, later identified as Jonah Michael Poole and Kylee Alyssa Dakes.

Investigators determined that the victim had been attacked in his store while he was working alone, according to criminal complaints obtained by local outlets WTTG and WUSA. Authorities said they believed the teenagers were motivated by robbery, and that Poole had worked for the victim for a short time in 2024. Poole and Dakes were both arrested and charged with first and second degree murder, first and second degree assault, conspiracy to commit first and second degree murder, and arson.

The victim was outsmarted by the strength of the two teenagers. Those young teenagers forgot the surveillance camera that captured them during the commission of the crime. They do not have pity in their hearts, their minds are full of greed. They will rot in jail and never experience freedom in their youthful lives.

That's just pure evil honestly, no matter what the boss has done to them, it is not enough to carry out such act.
Their motive was to rob their former boss but what they've done was too much. They should have not ended the life of the businessman brutally. That was outrageous. But thankful they're arrested and will rot in jail.

The fact that teenagers today can imagine such a thing and find the courage to carry it out is extremely scary honestly.

That's true it's so scary. One cause of that crime is drug. The criminals will undergo drug testing next week. Some young people this time are scary.

Hmm it's well, at such a young age they are already doing drugs. This is one reason i am extremely careful when dealing with people out there.

They are 18 years old , strong and tall that's why the victim didn't outsmart them. They might also be high in drugs that time so they can perfectly do their intended crime.

Did the boss refuse to pay them after they had worked for the boss? Still doesn't justify this brutality.
They robbed their former boss. He worked alone at that time so they have a chance to enter the store while the owner was set on fire inside his car.
