20 Israelis Cross Over From Gaza After Hamas Hands Them To Red Cross

According to the report, 20 Israelis were released from Gaza after Hamas handed them over to the Red Cross amid a ceasefire deal. They crossed over from Gaza into Israeli-controlled territory for reunification with family or medical care. This release is part of a broader agreement under which Israel will also free nearly 2,000 Palestinian detainees.

While much of the world views the exchange as a step toward de-escalation, core issues—such as the fate of remaining hostages, the future of Hamas, and governance in Gaza—remain highly contentious.

There are so many Palestinian captives, 2,000 of them will be turned over to Gaza. They feel secured in Israel than in Gaza with Hamas terrorists.
