Gary Brankel, 75-year has suffered a stress-induced heart attack after finding his Arkansas home had been taken over by two squatters.

They both used Google for tips on how to get away with claiming somebody else’s home. They two criminals are Kelly DeShields, 54, and Matthew Villagran, 46. They took over the home for at least a month, claiming they believed it to be unoccupied for years

Brankel had been staying at a treatment facility trying to recover from a medical issue, only to return on May 30 to find the couple illegally occupying his residence.

That is unfortunate. Some people do it, especially those who do not have a place to live. I heard nearly the same story here, and they were arrested by the police.
But I don't get it. You just moved into someone home and want to take over. This is just sad for real home owners

It is not hard actually. He can sue the illegal occupants to the authorities , unless he has no documents to prove it is his house. But he can have the neighbors to witness him as owner.

some people expect everything to be free. They want free house, free food and free money. But life don't offer everything for free. Therr are things you have to work for and also merit it.

Yeah like they used to say even in Freetown nothing is free. We just have to know this and have peace. That's it.
