The experience in prison was terrible for me, fortunately thanks to the help of my lawyer the Judge granted me house arrest, pending the trial which will be held on February 6th. What will happen to me after that date? My lawyers try to do everything possible to prevent me from going back to prison again, because otherwise in that terrible place, I would then have to spend many and many years of my life there, assuming that inside there I'll survive together with those people in my same cell! You have to know that each cell contains 6 prisoners and as you can imagine they are truly dangerous people!

Well, first of all I am happy to be able to stay in contact with all of you in this community. However, a phone call yesterday from my lawyer told me that "perhaps", luckily for me, there could be less negative implications than prison. Such as, for example, compulsorily staying in a special recovery community, or continuing to spend at least another two years under house arrest, but without the possibility of leaving the house as I am now. In any case, the last one would be the least worst solution. I hope very much, but for now I don't want to have any illusions, my friend.​

However, I wanted to let you know that we have reached an agreement with my lawyer for the forumula of "Patteggiamento" (Plea agreement). So first of all, by being sent to trial, the one I will have to bear on February 6th will only be the first, because there will be a second follow. We therefore hope for a less worse outcome (such as, for example, an alternative to prison) and I must say that from my point of view, my lawyer, despite being a public defender, is now working in the best possible way.

We cannot bring back yesterday, all you have to do is pray to our Father Almighty to enlighten the victims, to understand your situation, and understand how remorseful were you on that day the crime was committed. Face that ordeal and be gentle during the trial, if possible show a remorseful face inside the courtroom, and cry if possible to soften the hearts of the victims and the judge. May your lawyer fight you up to the end of your case that will surely be declared NOT GUILTY. I cried.

My dear, the lawyer already told me the other day that something good could start to be seen having requested the "Remand for Trial". Therefore the sentence in Court on February 6th will have relative importance, because a second one will follow later. This could at least try to exclude that I spend the time of my penalty into the prison.
