A bad story that will take me to court!

My beloved friend, since I have been active on sites like this and all social media, I have always been told to think positive

I and all those who know me know that sending a disabled person like me to prison would be a very wrong thing to do! But unfortunately sometimes the outcome given by a judge's sentence can also be humanly wrong. This is now well known.

Yes, I can also do it by thinking positively, but you see, my lawyer, having been assigned to me as public defender (and not a trust lawyer who would have had greater influence), has his own opinions which, in every contact we have with him, often seem become different. In the sense that he ASKS, but the FINAL DECISION still always awaits the judge. You know the judge's decisions sometimes (not to say often) could be wrong!​

My lovely frined, However, it is obvious that my lawyer cannot guarantee me anything, but only make an estimate of how much and where I will then have to serve my penalty. Because obviously, as mentioned before, my lawyer can only ASK, but the Judge can ACCEPT or REJECT. Every criminal trial works in this way.​

Having chosen the procedural formula of plea bargaining, in fact, I believe that I should hardly run the risk of going to prison. However, the last decision that will be valid will only be that of the judge, a decision that sometimes we know could even be completely unexpected!
However my friend, based on the accusations you were able to read, how could you deduce that in your opinion I would avoid prison?​

How has this been resolved we were supposed to hear the outcome of the court case within the month of February.Luckily I have also seen that our good friend @Alberello75 is still login the site as he was last seen quite recently. Does it mean that our advice for him to negotiate with the victim went through?

Not really good dear friend, the only advantage is that at least I avoided prison, this was of vital importance for me. Anyway soon (1 max 2 weeks) I have to leave my home and I will be transferred into a Therapeutic Community for several years, as an alternative to prison. You must understand that this crime according to the Italian Code of Criminal Procedure would have put me behind bars for 7 years! So in this Community I will be cared for, but unfortunately the rules there imposethat I will have to remain offline, I don't mean just for this site, but internet in general is something that I will unfortunately have to forget there! So dear friend we still have little time to stay in touch.
After all, I think I was wrong to let myself be assisted by a cheap public defender, he did just the minimum what he could do! But if instead I had hired a trusted lawyer by paying more, I guarantee you that it would certainly have ended in a better way.​
 
We thank God that you avoided Prison, I just hope that once you convince them that having access to the internet is not going to pose any danger in any way then somehow a miracle will come through and you will have access to the internet. Just be hopeful that everything will be for your good.

I see my friend. First of all, I hope to feel comfortable enough in such Community which in any case, is not my home and hosts 38 inmates. You know, for the first time I will find myself there among initially unknown people, we know that in every place there are good people, less good ones and unfortunately also bad people! However, they are people with whom I will have to live for a long time, so I must not turn them against me, try to get along, but above all learn to make myself respected by potential bullies. For everything else, including internet, there will be right time. I will understand how things work there only when I get there inside. At first I will certainly find myself a little disoriented and uncomfortable, but this would be normal for everyone.​

You are such a great guy and I wish you nothing but the best. Continue to build on a good character and build every aspect of your; life that needs improvement. I know and believe that everything is possible in our lives when we are intentional and focused. We can do anything we want to be when deliberate. I wish you success and even this particular thing you shall overcome.

However, I am not as young as I am many often believe, you know I am already 48 years old anyway. However we know that in life the more we grow and at the same time grow also the problems we have to face, furthermore it is said that in life there is always something to learn.

Thanks and I am always positive that even this will go in your favour., we have come a long way and we have interacted in various forums sharing ideas and giving reviews. This has made a lot of people build bonds. So as much as we are a people of different races, colours and languages we are still one happy family that seeks to share valuable information that will benefit everybody in here. Thank you my friend, we can interact for about ten more days. But I want to to tell you and all the members of this forum that even after when I unfortunately have to leave home to go to that Therapeutic Community, I don't know how, I don't know when but I PROMISE THAT I WILL BE BACK IN CONTACT WITH ALL OF YOU.
