I met a man today that used to have a very thriving grocery shop that later closed down. I asked why he closed down. He said that he couldn't find a competent person to run the shop for him. Is it possible that there is complete unavailability of someone to run a grocery shop till it closed down?

Yes is possible because to get the right people for your business is quite difficult especially when the pay is not something to write home about.

That's right, many business owners rely on employees to run their business, such as restaurants often rely on skilled chefs, in the case of your friend, the grocery store owner also has difficulty finding competent and honest workers, so he thinks it might be better to close than lose money.

When they say that the youths of today are lacking in skills for employment, we think that it is a lie. This is a clear evidence.
Yeah that's right some youths are not employable. Some just passed through school but the school didn't pass through them as their minds are not renewed
