There is a sports bar close to my house. They are running a recruitment and they have made it expressly clear that a lady that is not comfortable with dressing skimpy shouldn't apply.

Why would a business make skimpy dressing as a condition to be hired?

It is not surprising that almost all sports women use skimpy in order to facilitate their movements, clothes that fit the body or are minimal will be more aerodynamic and of course their movements will not be limited or hampered by their clothes,

Forcing skimpy dressing as a job condition, well that crosses into uncomfortable territory. People should choose to dress that way, not be cornered into it just to earn a paycheck.
The job might just be for ladies that are lose. A responsible lady won't accept such condition simply because they want to work.

Allowing ladies dress that way would subject some of these ladies to unpleasant comments and harassments.
Well, Dress codes must not lead to harassment by colleagues or customers, so any requirements on women to dress in a provocative manner shouldn't bring molestation I believe

Yes that's how it should be, but unfortunately not everyone thinks this way. I have seen so many cases where workers are harassed or females in general due to how they are dressed.

You are right. Some people don't have self control and blow things out of proportion which is bad

Are you blaming the customers? They are responding to what they are seeing in the dressing of the staff. Why would a business demand that staff should dress provocatively? The extent that business goes to get customers is scary.

This is not a blame game but for one to exercise self control and discipline. you don't have to harass anyone with what they choose to wear
