There are business owners that don't really have a hand in the day to day running of the business. They have managers that run the business with full autonomy.

Should such business owners come to the business place on a daily basis? Are they obligated to have an office in the organization?

I don't like to see a business owner often. He would always want to interfere with the decisions of the management if he is always around. That can lead to the failure of the business b
Business owners need to know when to step in and when to let their team do the work. Being too close all the time can create confusion and reduce the freedom of decision-making of managers. This affects employee morale.

A good leader builds trust in his team. He understands that not every decision needs to be approved by him. If he gives enough space for management to do their job well, then the results will be better. Confidence is important.

A business thrives when everyone fulfills their responsibilities without fear. When owners learn to trust others, then success increases. Making a few mistakes is part of the learning journey. Let's continue to trust each other.

I don't think it is okay for a business owner to be going to the business organization everyday. It might stifle the management from being expressive.
Yes, it is not necessary but you need to always be around to see to the smooth running anytime any day
