A business says that their customer base or too big and they want to lose customers.

A person that I know that owns a clothes sewing business has complained that his clients base it too much. He says he wants to lose some customers so that he can focus on serving a small number that he can manage.

What do you think? Have you ever heard a business complain of too many customers?

Maybe the business is trying to carve out a niche for itself and can't accommodate the entire market.

His business his choice. Maybe he is being overburdened with so many of them and gets burned out daily

I think instead of trying to loose some customers, it would be best he allocates some of the jobs to others to help him.

When a business has clear directions, it doesn't want to serve every customer as they grow and become big.

If a business really wants to reduce the number of customer they have, they can go ahead and increase the price of their products and services. That will make production limited to only those that can afford it.
