A business sent a letter to a repeat customer not to patronize them again?

A cleaning agency operating in my city sent a letter to one of it's clients not to patronize them again. The client assaulted a staff of the organization and she was invited by the management of the organization and she refused to come. The management sent a letter that she should not come close to their business premises, not to talk of ever patronising them again.

Is that in line?

Yes it's very much in line, the client is lucky they did not press any legal charges on her. The company has a duty to protect their staffs.

Yes they are right to stop such a customer. They are trying not to have a repeat of the initial episode so such customer should be restricted

That's how businesses should operate. The excesses of some customers are too much. Going to the extent of assaulting staff is the height of it.

That's a good punishment for a rude customer. They are not worth to be given time and attention. There are many services to hire.

That's so bold of the business. Not many businesses would have the nerves to do that. They are always pampering customers.

The manager of the business seems to be my kind of person. We respect customers but not excessive indulgence.

I think the company suppose to press charges against the customer! That should be better and the customer pay for his stupidity!

Well, I have seen this happen. Sometimes customers harm your business, and who wants to sell to the customers who harms your business.

The company did the right thing. No need to entertain such a rude customer.

But there's no need to condone a ruly customer. it wouldn't make sense as they person if not termed can repeat such

What this would do for the business is that it would make every customer respect and value the business rather than demean it.
