I know his story because Alberello75 is a member of my personal forum. He suffers from a severe mental illness and when he committed the fact he very probably wasn't taking his medicines because his psychiatrist was travelling for holidays and he couldn't see the doctor. He shouldn't have been left alone cause his illness in a severe state.

I can't blame the judge also, meanwhile we can't blame Alberello75, as he is severely ill.
