A Nigerian female lawyer, Stella, has said that the act of married couples sleeping in different rooms, promotes cheating as well as prolonged disagreement and malice. She urged that such act should be stopped

I think she is saying the truth. A couple suppose to be sleeping and doing everything together. Couples suppose to be sleeping on the same bed except due to health condition, child birth, spiritual exercise etc. Any couple that have separate rooms are looking for marital confusion.

There are no water tight compartments to define the success of any relationship. I know of people who could keep their relationship loving and healthy despite of it being a long distance one. And yes, they did sleep separately for days and months. So, one statement can't be true for everyone. Each one makes a judgement based on their personal experience.

Of course l really agree with that. Married couples are bound to one body and they should be sleeping together in fact in one duvet

It is simple common sense. I don't see a reason couples should sleep in seperate rooms. They are one. And must share same room.
