The pervert is Thomas Barnaby and he is 30 years old. He was arrested about 12 hours after being wanted for raping a minor “on multiple occasions which is from December 19 to December 23, 2023.

He has been harged with rape, predatory sex assault, sexual abuse, forcible touching, acting in a manner injurious to a child The assaults took place inside a residential building at East 165th Street.
