A quake in China's Tibet killed 53 people, while tremors were felt in Nepal, India

On Tuesday, a catastrophic earthquake rocked Tibet, killing 53 people and collapsing countless buildings. Tremors were also felt in Nepal and India. In the aftermath of the accident, rescue personnel sorted through wreckage with diligence. According to the Xinhua news agency, "Fifty-three people have been confirmed dead and 62 injured as of Tuesday noon, following a 6.8-magnitude earthquake that jolted Dingri County in the city of Xigaze in the Xizang Autonomous Region at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday." More than 1,000 houses were damaged to a range of degrees.

There is no second chance when a natural disaster occurs like earthquake. Last week we were attacked with 5.7 magnitude earthquake. Thankful there were no casualties. I feel sorry for those who perished in quake in China.
