In order to live too long, you need to acknowledge your feelings. It is also one way to show you care for yourself. There are times you are busy and disregard the exhausment you feel. What's on your mind is to finish the work to have good pay and acknowledgment from the boss You forgot that it's your boss you are making happy not yourself which is supposed to be. You feel like you have to care about every little thing, about what everyone thinks, about meeting each expectation – your own or those of others. But there’s a better way. Every emotion, every worry, every little bit of stress you feel – recognize it. Why? Because if you don’t even know what’s bothering you, how are you supposed to stop caring about it? You need, we need to start understanding our feelings. We have to accept that they are real and valid. We need to know the steps and art of caring for ourselves not as a form of dental but as a conscious choice for our well-being.
 
If we feel tired, hungry , thirsty, or whatever our body demands we need to acknowledge it. It's essential to listen to our body to avoid desperation if get sick. Our body is our power and our boss which we cannot oppose.
 
It's important to acknowledge your feelings, especially when feeling sad. When you are sad, understand what causes those feelings and find ways to reduce your sadness. Do not stay sad for too long or else it can negatively affect your health.
 
We have to acknowledge our feelings, whether happy or sad. It is the only way to become stronger and wiser. We can become well-adjusted individuals, ready to face any challenge that may come our way.
