Provided there is a clear communication on why there is the delay on payments, l can literally wait patiently until they sought up the issues. One bad thing is when they go silent and no response to the tickets submitted
Most of the ad networks are just stopping responding or disable the account, do not reply to support tickets due to which the online publisher feels frustrated.
