Ad networks not counting page views for specific publishers

I find that almost all ad networks are not counting the page views for my websites, though I have statistics to show that the websites have legitimate visitors. Is there any reason why ad networks are being asked to rob the revenues of specific publishers and other than removing the ad code, what can the publisher do?

Ad blockers are to blame. They’re not robbing you of revenue if their ads aren’t being displayed.

I really do not know the particular reason for this. It could be due to technical issues.
