Stable income, benefits, job security, professional development opportunities, structured work hours, and social connections are advantages of wage employment. It provides financial stability and a predictable career path.

The freedom that comes with paid employment is underrated. There's guaranteed salary and benefits without the related stress of management and entrepreneurship.

It's downsides are often more glaring though and make it seem repulsive.

The good thing also about it is they have training and development opportunities and shared responsibilities.

If you are employed, you will have a regular income source as you receive a monthly/weekly salary. When you have regular income managing your finances becomes very easy. However, the job market is very competitive and it is difficult to get decent paying jobs.
