Why can't I bump my advertising thread? It just keeps auto merging. The last time I posted to it was the 9th December.

People should be able to bump it to make a fresh post to it at least once a week?

No idea. Have to take a look at the merge setting for that area.

EDIT: Only 22 topics in that area. Adding to your topic does give it a *NEW* next to it. So at this point, not a big issue that it auto-merges. But if more ads are added, then it doesn't make sense to have it auto-merge.

EDIT AGAIN: Well, it looks like you can't pick and choose which areas you want to use the auto-merge. So, I don't think this can be changed since this is needed in almost all other areas of the forum.
