There are various factors that can affect the value of a real estate property. Two popular factors are the location of the property and the second factor is how the property looks. Between looks and location, which sells a real estate property more?

Location affects the value of a real estate property much more than the aesthetics. The aesthetics only adds extra value to the property.

Both plays a major role when it comes to the value of the building. But i think the location often has a bigger influence. Like in lagos Nigeria, houses are extremely expensive in lekki Ajah more than most places.
