Airlines deny boarding pass to whistleblowers?

In some countries the largest airline are owned by large business groups, and if any whistleblower makes the mistake of purchasing a ticket on the airline, they are intentionally denying a boarding pass giving flimsy excuses. Has anyone faced or heard about any whistleblower who was denied a boarding pass?
