Am I doing too much to staff this boy?

There is a boy that has prospects and I want to make him part of my staff team for long term. He is 20 years old. He would work with us part time since our work is part time. I would pay him a monthly salary still. And I have connected him to my friend to give him a full time job that he would be earning full time income.

Am I doing too much to secure him for the future?

At that age, just count it that you are giving assistance to help the boy grow. Don't have too much hopes in the future with that boy.
