In this highly competitive business sphere of today, any business that is not offering support via live chat would not go far. People want their issues resolved immediately and other forms of support are very slow. A serious business must offer support via live chat and it must be efficient.

I don't see a reason not to integrate live chat support to a business you have taken online. Live chats can be on WhatsApp or telegram.
