App stopped crediting after making first payment

An app was crediting properly initially. After the first payment was made and my identity was confirmed, they have stopped crediting me for the work I do. Has anyone faced this problem of not being credited after first payment?

What app is that!? Uninstall the app and install the app again. Maybe the app needs to be undated. On second thought, enquiry from other users if they are experiencing the same problem.
