An app was crediting properly initially. After the first payment was made and my identity was confirmed, they have stopped crediting me for the work I do. Has anyone faced this problem of not being credited after first payment?

What app is that!? Uninstall the app and install the app again. Maybe the app needs to be undated. On second thought, enquiry from other users if they are experiencing the same problem.
You should report the issue to the admin on the site. You have to be sure you are not doing something wrong to warrant that

Are you the only one experiencing this? Try find out from others who also using the app if possible. Then report the issue to the admin.
There are very few people who are using the app, so it is very difficult to find out if I alone am facing the problem of not getting credited for the work I do.
