There are many apps which pay a small amount of money, which require the user to view video ads like that of Probo. However, after viewing the video ads, the user account is not credited. What could be the reason for the error and how to fix it?

I think the best thing is to report the issue. They should have some sort of customer care or someone you can contact if there is an issue.
I have reported the issue to customer care yet the problem continues, mainly for Indian apps like probo. Other apps are crediting for the same video ad.
The thing is that some of these apps are just scam. so You should be very sure before trying to join an app
