Are digital distractions making us less productive?

I think it's a yes for me because when you're distracted, for example, from social media, you will shift your focus to scrolling through your news feed instead of focusing on your work, so it's really less productive and can sometimes lead to errors in your work.

100% digital world is distracting us, speaking from experience when i open one social media i can't close it quickly i keep scrolling and spending more time on it and if i open one social media i have this feeling that to open another different social media because i want to see what is happening ono the other social media so i spend a long time on it.

Yes, using social media can really distract us, especially if we do not know how to put some limitations. It is okay to use it but not to the point that you will spend your whole day on different social media platforms - unless you are a social media manager.

I agree on that it's distracting our focus. We only need to discipline ourselves to avoid temptations on browsing in a soc med. It's time-consuming and feeling excited doing it despite shallow reason.

Yes to a large extent it is distracting people especially when it comes to social media you can be browsing it almost the whole day.
