Are Paid to Click Sites Still Popular with Users?

I don't think paid to click sites are still popular but I do believe they exist. The last paid to click site I used was about 5 years ago.

Definitely not, using pay per click sites is clearly not popular nowadays, the only thing more acceptable and still popular are microtask sites where you can earn something decent in comparison, which is actually much more than any pay per click site, but pay per click websites as such are definitely not popular anymore no matter how you look at it.
