It is one thing to have a business setup. It is another thing to find people that are willing to work for your business. I learned from a discussion yesterday that there are some sectors that practically struggle to see people that are willing to work in those sectors. Are there actually industries that have difficulties finding staff? Which industries are those?

In my country now, private schools are finding it difficult to attract staff especially young people. They have had a bad reputation of exploiting staff with low pay and excess workload

Of course, there are sectors where finding workers is like finding a needle in a haystack. Sectors like construction, agriculture, elderly care, and healthcare often struggle to find people to work because the work is hard and the salaries are not high. Others don't want those jobs because they don't seem "prestigious."
