Are there products/services that really sell between 9 PM and 11 Pm?

For someone that has a full time job and also wants to do a business as a side hustle, they have to set up businesses that run very late in the evenings. Are there businesses that can really work between the hours of 9 PM and 11 PM. Examples of such products or services?

Maybe you could try fruits. They sell well in the evening. But 9 PM is quite late. What of around 8, you start to sell. People are already retiring home around 9pm.

People can sell food. Those who come home from work and don't have time to cook will buy food from outside. This is a popular business idea where I live.
