Are there sets of people that the subject of finances don't really bother?

It seems like the issue of finances is an utmost concern for everyone that is alive. That's why everyone always pays attention when issues of finances are discussed. Are there people in this world that financial issues don't really bother?

Maybe, some people are just born in wealth and they just have to passively manage the wealth. Financial discussions won't matter to them.

Indeed, there are people who have stable income or have accumulated some wealth are not interested in finance. They may have other interests such as traveling, art and music appreciation or doing voluntary work.

Maybe very young kids don't bother about finances. It affects every adult except maybe children of billionaire ms.
