Are you able to not touch your salary for sometime.

For me l would like to be on the position whereby l am being able to stay without touching my salary for one or so months. With that being said l would be in the right path with enabled focus on my salary.

I use to do it before until this present government remove fuel subsidy and every goods skyrocketed. Now, i find it difficilt o save! I have never seen such a terrible rconomic crisis!

I understand that it allows you to be absent from work without receiving a salary, keeping your position but without receiving any income during that time. Is that understood?

There is no universal answer, as some people may have the means to save their entire salary, while others may not be able to afford not to use any of it for living expenses. I do save though

I am a business owner so i don't have salaries but i am working on having multiple sources of income so there would be a particular source i don't touch at all, that would be like my savings.

I have not tried touching my salary though I can use my savings and emergency fund. But I have not done that. I use a portion of my salary for my daily expenses. Put some into my bank account as savings, and for the rest of money, I make investment.
