Are you easily affected with a rumor about your business in case a customer falsely spreads it because of a business staff arrogant and rude. In order for that customer to get revenge, she falsely spreads rumor that your business is on the verge of bankruptcy. Though it is a lie but it is defamatory and you could sue that customer and investigate the concern worker subject for the customer's wrong revenge.

The term bankruptcy may spread like a wild fire affecting the sales and growth of the business. It's best for the business owner to impose strict implementation of business ethics and whoever is disrespecting the business and customers must be fired instantly.
