For me l always get thousands of email messages concerning new deals and offers on the online merchants that l am enrolled on. I hardly get to buy anything unless l need irregardless of the constant recommendations.

I hardly check my mails, i know it is wrong but i hardly do it. I only go through my mails when i am actually expecting something.
I also get a lot of email promotion messages every day. I just check out a few I am interested in such as my favorite online retailer. If they have good deals, I'll buy what I need.
