This year I am planning to increase the salary of my staff. I only have two staff and they deserve an increase. I'm going to announce it to them next month. I want to reward them for their hard work and guts. Despite having a competitor they are able to maintain good sales daily. Giving them a salary increase boosts their morale. There is something good they can share about my kindness to their families and friends. What about you?

Not all bosses indeed like to increase the salaries of their workers this time for a private office company or establishment, but for government offices, universities, and colleges, there is always a salary increase yearly.

I work on my own. Do not have any staff. But I do hire temporary helpers occasionally. I plan to increase their rate a bit this year.
Your helpers will jump for joy once you tell them about increase of their salaries They also deserve even some Hongkong dollars. They won't forget your generosity.

We've cooperated for a long time. They are really helpful. I want to show my appreication.

That's very good of you to give credit to your workers who are sincere to you. The increase can help them in many ways. Let alone the prices of the commodities on skyrocket.
