It's been observed here some stores continue selling expired products. There were so many times I caught a pharmacy selling expired facial cream. It was so frustrating stores and pharmacies selling expired products. The best solution for that is upon sensing the products almost to expire, the management must sell them through buy one take one or to announce a huge sales discount. What can you say?

Yes, if it is close to the expiration date, they should offer it as a buy one, get one free promotion since it can't be used for an extended period. They need to be cautious when selling perishable items and medications. If a customer discovers that the product is expired, they could take legal action against you.

I always caught a store and a pharmacy selling expired products like bread, canned goods, cotton, facial cream and others. Despite I told them about the expiry dates the next day, they are still here on display.

In my city, under the Trade Description Ordinance, it is an offence for stores to sell and give away any expired products that is past either the "best before" or "used by" date.

When my mother owned a grocery shop, we made sure that products that were about to expire, we take them home and consume.

I always caught a store in my place selling expired products. I called their supervisor to remove the expired products for they will face a bad consequence from the customers , They will report the matter to the law.

Yes, I have seen that too. Especially with skincare. Its really shady when stores do not say anything. I agree its better to sell at a discount before it expires.

People don't sell expired products here in my country. It is against the law and could easily land one in jail.

It's against the health laws selling or retaining the expired products. If you will be caught, most likely, your licence will be confiscated and cannot have a store again. It harms your reputation.
