Your staff needs protection, it's better to buy an insurance policy for them. Choose to buy a personal life accident insurance. It is renewable yearly. The advantage for them to have it is the policy holder is not only covered with accidental death likewise while still being alive but some body parts are missing, like losing one arm or both arms losing one leg or both legs. Other parts like fingers, toes or eyes are also covered with the insurance coverages.

What is required is only a doctor's confirmation and receipts for reimbursements. Let your staff decide for the insurance premium. However, you can offer for free if not free let them pay through payroll deduction. What can you say?

My employees already have their own health insurance from the government, so we only need to pay monthly. So there is no need to buy a new policy.
That's good to hear from you that your employees already have their health insurance. That's the mandate for every government employee to get covered. It is better that way through payroll deduction, the policy holder never misses to pay until retirement comes.

One way that top organizations attract the best talent is offering insurance policy to all the staff.

Ensuring the staff is one way to help their families. It is not only at work to get insured; it is also in travel. Before you fly, you buy travel insurance for your protection against accidental death.
