Every business should have a culture of respect amongst the staff team. There are hierarchies and it is expected that the junior staff should accord respect to the senior managerial staff.

As a business owner, how do you handle a situation where a junior staff disrespects a staff that is among the top managers?

I would make sure that the junior staff apologizes to the senior staff on front of all the staff of the organization.

Address the behavior directly: Be clear and direct in addressing the disrespectful behavior. Explain why it is not acceptable and the consequences of such behavior

It depends on the rules and regulations of the company, most of them often have a verbal warning, then in situations where they repeat the offence again, they can get a written warning or suspension.

Its always wise to sit them down and listen to both parties and then give a ruling depending on the information you got in hand and be wise to be calm while giving your last resolution
