All these kinds of issues like having to quarrel with a customer is why I don't like business. Some customers are just trouble themselves.
Exactly, there are some customers I have had to tell them what they did wrong but the relationship between me and them is still very okay.Not saying that you should not react if a customer behaves extremely bad. Just be sure that it doesn't result in a malice situation between you both.
Indeed there are customers who are just so rude and will seriously annoy you. We just have to learn patience and self control to avoid fights.Just stick to the transaction at hand and , smile politely. If they are rude, keep smiling. The transaction will be over in no time
