As much as possible, don't quarrel with a customer.

All these kinds of issues like having to quarrel with a customer is why I don't like business. Some customers are just trouble themselves.
 
Once you quarrel a customer because of an unknown reason, that customer fights back. It's so delicate if the. customer retaliates. It becomes complicated if it happens. There are also customers with limited patience.
 
Not saying that you should not react if a customer behaves extremely bad. Just be sure that it doesn't result in a malice situation between you both.
Exactly, there are some customers I have had to tell them what they did wrong but the relationship between me and them is still very okay.
